Tickets can be transferred
Tickets can be transferred between Tokyo Subscription Ticket (Fri) / Tokyo Subscription Ticket (Sat) / Yokohama Subscription Ticket.

- Please decide on the performance date and apply in advance to the Japan Philharmonic Service Center.
- STEP2
- Please mail your tickets to the Japan Philharmonic Service Center.
We will make effective use of it. - STEP3
- Replacement tickets will be mailed to you as soon as they are available.
- *Please refrain from applying after the performance date.
- *Please leave the seating location to us.
- *Changes cannot be made after the transfer application has been submitted.
- *Rescheduled tickets may be delivered close to the performance date.

Tickets for performances sponsored by the Japan Philharmonic Orchestra can be applied for one week before the general sale date.

FAQ
With the subscription ticket, can I choose the day of the week and Tokyo or Yokohama each month?
You can transfer your ticket to the Tokyo or Yokohama subscription concerts in the same month. Please refer to the Subscription Ticket page for details on how to transfer your ticket.
When can I apply for a rescheduled subscription concert? Also, what is the application deadline?
Please contact us as soon as your plans are confirmed. Replacement tickets will be sent approximately 10 days before the performance date. Application deadline: Please contact us as close as possible to the performance date (Friday for Sunday performances).
Is there a limit on the number of times I can transfer my ticket?
There is no limit to the number of times you can transfer, but please note that we cannot accept any changes after you have requested a transfer.
