Ticket application
There are two ways to purchase tickets, each with different payment methods and ticket collection methods.
Tickets will be on sale from 10:00 on the release date.
Purchase online
Tickets for performances hosted by the Japan Philharmonic Orchestra can be purchased online.
- Seat selection is available.
- Tickets will be on sale from 10:00 on the release date.
- member(Subscription Membership,Supporters Club,Japan Philharmonic Association,Patronage) can apply for tickets to the performances they sponsor at a 10% discount starting one week before the general release date. (Discounts do not apply to Ys seats, Gs seats, set tickets, etc.)
- Tickets are also available at various ticket agencies (Ticket Pia, e+, Lawson Ticket, and the venue).
- For performances other than those sponsored by the organizers, please use the organizers or ticket agencies.

Discount tickets
- 10% discount on sponsored performances (limited to Japan Philharmonic Orchestra paid members)

- Ks (Kobaken Sheet)

There may be performances where Ys and Gs are not available.
This discount ticket is only applicable to Kobaken World concert. It is not available for sale online.
Discounts are available for those with a disability certificate.

Log in (already registered) / Register as a new member / Purchase without registering

- Click the "Go to login page" button, log in as a member, and then select "Individual", "Regular membership ticket", or "Set ticket" to proceed to the reservation page.
- First-time users (new member registration)

- You can check your purchase history and register for direct mail on your My Page.
- Paid members of the Japan Philharmonic Orchestra (regular members, Supporters Club, Japan Philharmonic Association, Patronage) can enjoy member benefits (10% discount on sponsored performances, priority application / excluding some performances).
When registering, please check the appropriate box under "Membership Status."
Once we have confirmed that you are a paid member, we will send you a "Benefit Completion Email." (The process may take some time.)
Please note that you will not be able to use the above benefits until you receive the "Benefit Completion Email." - You must register to use the discount code.

Selection of performances
Please select the performance you would like to attend.
If you enter the top page from the Japan Philharmonic Orchestra homepage's "Concert Calendar," "Performance Details Page," or other individual performance links, this performance selection page will be skipped.
If you are using a discount code, please enter the code and then select the performance.

- For reserved seat performances
- From the seating chart, click on your desired block or seat to select it.
- For performances with selectable seating areas
- Enter the number of tickets you would like and select your desired block from the seating chart.

Select a payment method
Please select either "Credit Card" or "FamilyMart Payment" (cash only).
Fees and ticket collection periods vary depending on the payment method, so please check on the screen.
In either case, the ticket collection method will be "issued at FamilyMart."
From three days before the performance date onwards, only "Credit Card" can be selected.

Confirm reservation details
Please check that there are no errors in your "Reservation Details", "Login Information" or "Customer Information".
If you agree, please click the "Confirm Reservation" button.Please note that changes or cancellations cannot be made after this point.

Please get your ticket at your nearest Family Mart.
- We will inform you of the "ticket collection period" and "exchange number" listed on the reservation completion screen and in the confirmation email.
Please bring your "exchange number" during the "ticket collection period" to your nearest FamilyMart to issue your ticket.

Credit card payment: From the time of reservation completion until 23:59 on the performance day (tickets must be issued before the start of the show)
FamilyMart payment: 3 days including the reservation date
- Operate the multi-copy machine inside the FamilyMart store and enter the redemption number.
Print out the application form (receipt-like), take it to the cash register, and have your ticket issued.

- Those who purchase Ys seats or Gs seats can only purchase their own seat.
- If you are purchasing Ys or Gs seats, please be sure to clearly state the names and dates of birth of all passengers so we can verify their ages before selecting your seats, and then send a copy of a student ID, health insurance card, or other document that shows their age to the Japan Philharmonic Service Center by mail, fax, or email.

After logging in, when selecting your seat, check the box to apply the Ys discount/Gs discount. Please note that we cannot accept changes or cancellations after your application has been submitted. Ticket prices will not be refunded unless the performance is canceled. - The seats available for selection may differ from those available through the Japan Philharmonic Service Center (telephone).
- Even if the sales on "Japan Philharmonic e-Ticket♪" have ended, there may be seats available for telephone reservations.

- Tickets may not be transferred for a fee without the consent of the organizer.
- Preschool children are not allowed in (with the exception of some performances).
