Kamaishi City, Iwate Prefecture, is home to many music fans. From July 14th to 16th, a string quartet performed at six locations in the city. Canons echoed throughout the stone Catholic Kamaishi Church. The "Miracle of Kamaishi," performed by students from Unosumai Junior and Elementary School, in a choir called "Believe," was a wonderful performance. It's not a matter of "ending the year after three years." Mental care is needed now more than ever.

The Ofunato UNESCO Association put in a great effort, and 700 people attended Rias Hall. The grandmothers living in temporary housing were full of energy. Even the young people were overwhelmed.
