We held a fundraising campaign in response to the heavy rains on the Noto Peninsula on November 16, 2024.

The areas affected by the Noto Peninsula earthquake, which was caused by torrential rains on September 21st, have suffered significant damage. In response to a proposal by Junichi Hirokami, Friend of the JPO (Artistic Advisor) and Artistic Leader of the Orchestra Ensemble Kanazawa, the Japan Philharmonic Orchestra held its third fundraising event at the Suginami Public Hall concert series on November 16th.
After the performance, Junichi Hirokami and the Japan Philharmonic Orchestra's musicians and office made a speech in the lobby, and received warm words of encouragement from the many guests in attendance. Thank you very much.

We pray that those affected by the disaster will be able to return to their normal lives as soon as possible.
