Tchaikovsky and Dvorak. Often referred to as "nationalists," what these two musicians have in common is their attachment to the "homelands" where they were born and raised. How did they project their feelings for their homelands into the sounds of the orchestra? Let's unravel the secret behind this, while also looking at the turbulent times of 19th-century Eastern Europe. (Note: Instructor Komiya)
