Japan Philharmonic Orchestra members are looking for students for their "Instrumental Music Lesson for People Over 60"

The joy of playing an instrument
The next step is a life with music

We want people to take on new challenges and live vibrant lives. With this in mind, in 2002 we started the "Musical Instrument Classes for People Over 60" for people aged 60 and over who live in Suginami Ward.
The people who gather under the guidance of Japan Philharmonic instructors are a diverse group, ranging from those who are picking up an instrument for the first time to those who have had some experience playing when they were younger.
Participants have given us many positive comments, such as, "Through spending a year enjoying music with friends who share the same hobby, I was able to set new goals and make my life more fulfilling," and "I've made new friends of my generation."
Why not try our "musical instrument lessons for people over 60"?
