[Notice] Change of performers for the 2021 Symphony No. 12 Special Concert on December 15th (Wed) and 19th (Sun)
Atsushi Kanno (tenor), who was scheduled to appear at the 2021 Ninth Special Concert on Wednesday, December 15th and Sunday, December 19th, 2021, will have to withdraw due to poor health.
Instead, Kota Murakami will be performing. We appreciate your understanding.
Kota Murakami (tenor)

He graduated from the Tokyo College of Music Vocal Performers Course. After completing the New National Theatre Opera Training Institute, he moved to Italy. He won the role of the Duke of Mantua in Rigoletto at the Giuseppe Di Stefano International Competition and performed there. In addition to starring in Singapore Lyric Opera's The Magic Flute, La Traviata, and La Bohème, he has also appeared as Fenton in Falstaff at the New National Theatre and Ferrando in Così fan tutte at Nissay Theatre. In recent years, he has performed Lysander in A Midsummer Night's Dream, Alfredo in Die Fledermaus (20), Almeric in Iolanta (21), Don Jose in Carmen, Vogelgesang in Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg, and Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly, all of which have been well received. He has also been active as a soloist in concerts such as the Ninth Symphony, Handel's Messiah, and Mozart's Requiem. He is a member of the Nikikai Society.
