Response to the extension of the state of emergency in August and September
9月12日までの緊急事態宣言延長を受けまして、9月5日 第233回芸劇シリーズ(東京芸術劇場)、9月10日・11日 第733回東京Subscription Concert(サントリーホール)につきましては、8月21日以降収容率50%を越えた時点で販売を終了いたします。
-September 5th, 233rd Gekijyo Series: Tickets will be sold out once the venue reaches 50% capacity. (New tickets will be sold out after August 21st. Added August 19th.)
-September 10th and 11th: 733rd Tokyo Regular Concert: As the current attendance rate exceeds 50% capacity, new sales will be suspended from August 21st. Tickets purchased up to that point will remain valid.

If you would like a refund, we will refund the ticket price by bank transfer.
Please send ① your ticket (tickets with torn stubs are invalid) and ②③ to the Japan Philharmonic Service Center. (Please note that you will be responsible for shipping and bank transfer fees.)
