Response to the extension of the state of emergency in August and September

In response to the extension of the state of emergency until September 12th, ticket sales for the 233rd Geigeki Series on September 5th (Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre) and the 733rd Tokyo Regular Concert on September 10th and 11th (Suntory Hall) will end once the venue exceeds 50% capacity after August 21st.

・September 5th, 233rd Gekijyo Series: Tickets will be sold out once the venue reaches 50% capacity. (New tickets will be sold out after August 21st. Added August 19th.)
・September 10th and 11th: 733rd Tokyo Regular Concert: As the current attendance rate exceeds 50% capacity, new sales will be suspended from August 21st. Tickets purchased up to that point will remain valid.

If you would like a refund, we will refund the ticket price by bank transfer.
Please send ① your ticket (tickets with torn stubs are invalid) and ②③ to the Japan Philharmonic Service Center. (Please note that you will be responsible for shipping and bank transfer fees.)
