[Important] Notice of Postponement of ROHM Classic Special Classical Concert for Elementary School Students 2021 on Wednesday, May 5th

Unfortunately, the "Classical Concert for Elementary School Students" scheduled for May 5th has been cancelled due to the state of emergency in Tokyo and Kyoto, which has led to restrictions on holding events, and the closure of the venue, ROHM Theatre Kyoto.
We sincerely apologize to everyone who was looking forward to the performance, but we appreciate your understanding of the measures we are taking to prevent the spread of infection.

We would like to postpone this performance to sometime this fiscal year. Once the date has been decided, we will announce it on our website.

If you have tickets for this performance, please apply for a refund.
For refunds, please contact the ticket agency where you purchased your ticket.

■ ROHM Theatre Kyoto ticket counter/Kyoto Concert Hall ticket counter

Due to the extension of the state of emergency in Kyoto Prefecture, the closure of ROHM Theatre Kyoto and Kyoto Concert Hall has been extended until May 31st, and the refund period will be changed as follows.

Refund period: 6/1 (Tue) 10:00 AM - 6/30 (Wed) 
*Due to the extension of the state of emergency, both ROHM Theatre Kyoto and Kyoto Concert Hall will be temporarily closed until June 1st (Tuesday).
We will contact customers who have purchased tickets in order. We will provide refunds by bank transfer or at the ticket counter*.

* ROHM Theatre Kyoto Ticket Counter / [Business hours from June 1st (Tue)] 10:00-19:00 (open every day)
*However, to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we will be shortening our opening hours to 5:00 PM on business days when there are no events scheduled at night. In addition, we will be temporarily closed on Monday, June 7th for inspections that will involve a power outage.

* Kyoto Concert Hall ticket counter / [Business hours from June 1st (Tue)] 10:00-17:00 (closed on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month)
