[IMPORTANT] Change in performers for the June Tokyo Subscription Concert
Bass clarinetist France Mousseau, who was scheduled to appear at the 731st Tokyo Regular Concert (June 11th and 12th), is unable to make it to Japan, so the performance will be held with changed performers and program.
We sincerely apologize to all our customers who were looking forward to their visit to Japan.
The soloist will be Miki Kobayashi (violin), who will perform Dvorak's Violin Concerto.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Miki Kobayashi for accepting the role of substitute at short notice.

In 2011, he won second place at the 14th International Wieniawski Violin Competition, a prestigious competition held every five years in Poland, and in 2006 he received the Special Jury Prize from Gidon Kremer at the International Leopold Mozart Violin Competition.
In addition to performing with major Japanese orchestras, he has also performed under the baton of Maxim Vengerov and with major Polish orchestras recommended by him. In 2016, he was selected as a soloist for the Toyota Master Players Vienna, and performed with Vienna Philharmonic concertmaster Stoide on a four-city tour of Japan, earning rave reviews. While giving recitals in Tokyo and across Japan, he is also actively involved in chamber music, performing at the Miyazaki International Music Festival and the Kamakura Performing Arts Center Soloisten. In 2014, he received the 24th Idemitsu Music Award. He has released three CDs, including one selected as a special selection or recommended by Record Geijutsu magazine, and will release his long-awaited fourth album, "Anthology," in October 2020.
After enrolling in the Toho Gakuen Soloist Diploma Course as a scholarship student, he received a full scholarship from Meiji Yasuda Quality of Life and the Rohm Music Foundation to study at the Vienna University of Music and Performing Arts. He has received extensive tutelage from Tsuguo Tokunaga and Pavel Vernikov, and has studied chamber music with the Tokyo Quartet, Hakuro Mori, and Akira Iwasaki.
