Thank you for the special Afternoon 2020-21 season

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of you for your support during the 2020-21 season of "Totteoki Afternoon," co-hosted with Suntory Hall.
In 2020, two performances were canceled, in March (Vol. 12) and June (Vol. 13). However, on June 10th, Suntory Hall was hastily re-opened as "Totteoki Afternoon Online Special" (a livestreamed performance without an audience), allowing us to resume both the reopening of Suntory Hall and the Japan Philharmonic Orchestra's activities. We have also begun online streaming for subsequent performances. Thanks to the generosity of Suntory Hall, we are also selling "Go Japan Philharmonic! Tickets" which include a donation to the Japan Philharmonic Orchestra, which is currently in danger of going out of business. We received a total of 1,385,600 yen in generous support.  
We would like to report this to you and express our deepest gratitude.

In 2021, we will continue to work with Suntory Hall to offer you the enjoyment of special musical experiences, based on the concept of "An elegant weekday afternoon sharing the latest in classical music."
