Q: After purchasing tickets through Japan Philharmonic e-Ticket♪, I cannot get them at 7-Eleven.
A: If you pay by credit card, tickets will be issued four days after the purchase date. Please check the ticket issuance start date in the reservation confirmation email sent when your reservation is completed.
Q: I purchased tickets through Japan Philharmonic e-Ticket♪, but I can no longer attend, so I would like to cancel.
A: Cancellations or changes cannot be made after your application has been submitted.
