With the hope of using music to cheer up those who are facing various restrictions due to the effects of COVID-8, the "Tohoku Dream Project" was held in Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture in August 2019 with the cooperation of Suginami Ward. We will report on the performance and the "Music for Disaster-Affected Areas" activity that led to it.
