Click the "Go to login page" button, log in as a member, and then select "Individual", "Regular membership ticket", or "Set ticket" to proceed to the reservation page.

If you are using the service for the first time, you will need to register as a member. Please click the "Go to new registration page" button.

Please select "Individual", "Regular Membership Ticket", or "Set Ticket" and proceed to the reservation page.
*If you return to the top page after logging in by clicking "Back" or similar, please log in again.
Reservation page
Performance selection
Please select the performance you would like to attend.
*If you enter the top page from the Japan Philharmonic Orchestra website's "Concert Calendar," "Performance Details Page," or other individual performance links, this performance selection page will be skipped.
*If you have a discount code, please enter the code and then select the performance.
Select seats and number of tickets
For reserved seat performances
From the seating chart, click on your desired block or seat to select it.
For performances with selectable seating areas
Enter the number of tickets you would like and select your desired block from the seating chart.
*In each case, a maximum of 6 tickets can be reserved per person per performance.
Please check the application details and if you agree, click "Proceed to payment screen."
If you choose "Purchase without registering," an "Enter customer information" screen will be added here.
Select a payment method
Please select either "Credit Card" or "FamilyMart Payment" (cash only).
*Fees and ticket collection periods vary depending on the payment method, so please check on the screen.
*In either case, the ticket collection method will be "issued at FamilyMart."
If you agree, please click "Next".
Confirm reservation details
Please check that there are no errors in your "Reservation Details", "Login Information" or "Customer Information".
If you agree, please click the "Confirm Reservation" button.
*Please note that changes or cancellations cannot be made after this point.

If you select "Credit Card" as your payment method
After entering your credit card information (credit card number, expiration date, security code), click "Pay."
You will be redirected to the reservation completion screen, and the ticket purchase procedure will be completed.
If you select "FamilyMart Payment" as your payment method
You will be redirected to the reservation completion screen, and the ticket purchase procedure will be completed.
Ticket collection
The "ticket collection period" and "exchange number" will be provided on the reservation completion screen and in the confirmation email.
Please bring your "exchange number" during the "ticket collection period" to your nearest FamilyMart to issue your ticket.
*Ticket collection period: From the time of reservation completion until 23:59 on the performance day (please issue your ticket before the start of the show)
Operate the multi-copy machine inside the FamilyMart store and enter the redemption number.
Print out the application form (receipt-like), take it to the cash register, and have your ticket issued.

*Please note that tickets cannot be issued at concert venues or other convenience stores.

- If you click "Back" after logging in and end up returning to the top page, please log in again.
- Please do not close the window using the browser's "close button" while making a reservation.
- Please note that if you close the window midway, your reservation will be terminated and your selected seat will remain locked for a few minutes.
- If you want to cancel your reservation and start over, click the "Cancel Reservation" button that appears on screen ② and onwards.
