A rising star weaves together Bruch's romance and Beethoven's triumphant spirit.

Rising violinist Moon Boha, who received strong recommendations from Junichi Hirokami and Boris Belkin, will be performing in the first half of the program. The first half will feature Bruch's "Violin Concerto No. 1." He will deliver this masterpiece, in which sweet and poignant melodies blend with the emotions characteristic of the Romantic era, with rich expressiveness. The overture will be Mozart's light and elegant "The Impresario," and the second half will feature the familiar Beethoven "Symphony No. 5 'Fate'." The sonic drama that begins with the famous opening is truly a symbol of human will and victory. Hirokami's energetic conducting and the Japan Philharmonic's profound sound will eloquently convey this message. Look forward to a performance underpinned by bonds and trust.
