Masakazu Saito
SAITO Masakazu
Born in Funabashi City, he graduated from Kunitachi College of Music in 1990, receiving the Yatabe Award and performing at the Yomiuri Newcomer Concert. In 1990, he joined the Japan Philharmonic Orchestra, where he has frequently performed solo pieces, including Vivaldi's "The Four Seasons." He has served as principal second violinist. While primarily focused on orchestral performances, he is also a guest principal with other orchestras and a member of the Japan Virtuoso Symphony Orchestra, actively pursuing solo and chamber music. He studied violin with Shinya Tsuda, Yoko Ishibashi, and Keiichiro Ishii, and chamber music with Koji Toyoda.
