He passed the audition in 2007 while studying at Tokyo University of the Arts and joined the company after graduating.
He has studied cello under Masaharu Karita, Tomoya Kikuchi, and Masahiko Matsushita.
| What made you start playing an instrument? | Her mother said, "This child is laid back, so I think the cello would be good for him," and she attached chopsticks to a viola that her father played as a hobby to turn it into a cello, and she played it for a while. |

| What is important in a performance | You never know what life will bring. I want to play my best now so that when I look back in the afterlife someday, I will have few regrets. Furthermore, my memory is quite unreliable and I often tamper with it to suit my needs. |
