KUSUNOKI Kei

ClarinetAssistant Principal

Born in Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture in 1991.Graduated from the Faculty of Music at Tokyo University of the Arts in 2013. Plays clarinet with Hiroko Takeyasu.To Chikage Horikawa, Masaharu Yamamoto, and Hidemi Sankai,He studied chamber music under Junji Mitsuishi. In 2014, he joined the Japan Philharmonic Orchestra.Since 2021, he has been the vice principal clarinetist.2nd place in the Japan Wind and Percussion Instrument Competition. Contract instructor for Buffet Crampon.
