| What made you start playing an instrument? | When I was four years old, I received a violin as a birthday present, and soon after that I was able to learn from Mr. Aiji Hibino, who was the concertmaster of the NHK Symphony Orchestra. |

| What is important in a performance | To produce beautiful sounds. To cherish what you feel from the bottom of your heart. |
| One of my favorite songs | I can't narrow it down to just one piece. I love the works of violinists and composers. In terms of eras, I love French music from the Belle Époque, modern music, Italian, Finnish, Polish, and of course, music from my adopted homeland, England. |
