What made you start playing an instrument? The elementary school I transferred to in the third grade had a brass band, and my music teacher invited me to try out. At the time, I wanted to play soccer, so I thought I'd just try it out and then go home to save face in front of my teacher, but once I got into it, I was hooked.
What is important in a performance My heart trembles with every note (and sometimes even with the rests).
One of my favorite songs Symphonic Poem Cycle "My Country" No. 2 "Moldau"

Of the six pieces in "My Country," "The Moldau" excels in its vivid depiction of scenery. Perhaps because the first orchestral work I ever performed was Berlioz's "Symphonie Fantastique," I'm a fan of program music, and "The Moldau" is based on the beautiful river Vltava (Moldau in German), which actually exists in the Czech Republic. Starting from its source, the music depicts the scenery along the river and the passage of time, with a simple yet delicate expressiveness. As a wind instrument player, I'm also addicted to the way the volume of the river's water seems to link with the amount of breath I need to take while playing. The long, long E dur, like a victory lap as the mighty river reaches Prague, is a famous moment in the internal battle between the angel (I want to play with confidence and ease!) and the devil (Do you have enough breath?!).
